Abstract Submission - Regular Participant

In order to standardise the abstract layout we ask you to read the preparation guidelines CAREFULLY!

Guidelines for preparation and submission of abstracts:

1. Abstracts may only be submitted via Internet. Abstracts submitted via Fax or E-mail will not be accepted.
2. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English .
3. Abstracts must contain original material neither published nor presented elsewhere prior to October 1, 2008.
4. Abstracts should be structured using the following headings: objective, method, result, conclusion. The paper should be informative. Just the promise of further discussion is not acceptable.
5. The abstract text may not be longer than 2500 characters, including spaces.
6. Tables, charts and other graphics are permitted and must be in JPG or GIF format, of high resolution and suitable for reproduction in black & white. A separate upload button is provided (max 3 graphics per abstract).
7. Avoid complex mathematical formulae. For the symbols = or = type instead <= or >=. For superscriptuse caret (^) e.g. 10^6 instead of 10 6 . Do not use Greek letters and symbols. Instead of 'IFN-γ'' use for example 'IFN-g' or 'IFN-gamma'
8. Method of presentation: poster only The selection committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation.
9. If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author must register and attend the conference. Acceptance of a paper implies payment of the registration fee by the presenting author.
10. After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the following information (please make sure to state your correct e-mail address):
    • reference number of your abstract (for correspondence and questions that might arise)
    • your personal access codes
    Should you wish to make corrections to an abstract already submitted or if you wish to submit other abstracts later, you may use these access codes.

Publication: All accepted abstracts will be made available to the participants on the website of the 3rd International Conference on Transcranial Magnetic and Direct Current Stimulation.
