Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit original contributions for presentation at "The Third International Conference on Transcranial Magnetic and Direct Current Stimulation".

Abstracts must be submitted via internet. Please use the links for Abstract Submission in the navigation menu for guidelines and further details. The abstracts will be published in a special issue of "Brain Stimulation", which will be available at the conference.

General Information

The fee for active participants includes unlimited access to the International Symposium on Transcranial Magnetic and Direct Current Stimulation, to the exhibition, all coffee breaks, one copy of the abstract booklet, one copy of the final conference programme and the welcome-evening.

Payment

Add the Registration and Social Programme Fees on the registration form to determine the entire amount of payment due. Please pay this amount by credit card or bank transfer payable in German funds. Cheques will not be accepted! If using a credit card, indicate the card type (Visa, MasterCard/Access/EuroCard, American Express), entire card number (check digits, expiration date and the cardholder's signature). If you are remitting fees by bank transfer, ensure that the full amount due in German funds is remitted free of charge to:

Be sure to instruct the financial institution to include the registrant's name and address on the document. Do not send registration forms to any other address than to AKM GmbH. Your registration will not be processed without payment.

Currency

Fees are indicated in € (EURO). Payments on site for late registration will be accepted in € only. Confirmation Upon receipt of the correct fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration and payment. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk as proof of your advance registration.

Cancellation

If you must cancel your registration and tickets for the symposium, your written request must received by AKM, at the Admistrative Secretariat c/o AKM GmbH, in Weil am Rhein/Germany, to receive a refund, less 25% administrative charge. After September 1st, 2008 no refund can be made for cancellations. The participant acknowledges that she/he has not right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her/his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
